Instructions to Enroll

Step 4 - Select which time zone you live and create a login and password for

Step 6 - Agree to your virtual office.   You will get your own website you will

Step 7 - Under Enrollment Order, check off at least one "Max GXL 
            Diamond Pack" (Item Code 030030, second from top) 
            Click Shipping Method pull down from "Ground" to "Next Day Air" to 
            receive your order within 2-days and get started.  Otherwise ship USPS

Step 8 - Order 2 "Max GXL Boxes" Auto-Ship. Start your auto-ship date to
            begining the 5th - 15th of the month following your sign-up month.

Step 9 - Continue to the next page to fill out your credit card information 
            and complete your application
